Job seekers are invited to attend a job fair in eastern Will County on Friday, July 13. The event, hosted by Workforce Center of Will County, will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at Monee Parks & Recreation, 5162 W. Court St.

The Workforce Center of Will County July schedule, which includes workshops offered by the Workforce Services Division of Will County, Illinois Department of Employment Security and Joliet Junior College, has been released.

A pair of special events has been added to the Workforce Services Division of Will County Mobile Workforce Center’s July schedule. MWC has stops in six communities.

A Joliet man’s humanitarian work and Will County’s book reuse and recycling event have come together to have a global impact.

Area job seekers are invited to attend a weekly job fair from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, June 14, at the Workforce Center of Will County.

Workforce Center of Will County will host a business services workshop on Thursday, June 21, at its 2400 Glenwood Ave. location.

The Will County Office Building, 302 N. Chicago St., will be closed in obervance of  Memorial Day on Monday, May 28.

The annual Will County three-day book recycling event will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday-Sunday, June 1-3, at Joliet Park District’s Pilcher Park Nature Center, 2501 Highland Park Drive.
