County Executive Appoints 23 Residents to Boards and Commissions

Will County Executive Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant named 23 residents to 10 boards and commissions in April. This included seven fire protection districts, one cemetery association, the Will County Board of Health, and the Will County Historic Preservation Commission. The appointments were approved by the County Board at its monthly meeting on Thursday, April 21.

Donald Montgomery has been re-appointed to the Channahon Fire Protection District, for a term lasting until May 5, 2025.

Colleen Prieboy has been re-appointed to the Elwood Fire Protection District, for a term lasting until May 5, 2025.

Gerald Adelmann, Brian Conroy, Ronald Lif, Lee Szpar, and Gina Wysocki have been appointed to the Lockport Cemetery Association, for terms lasting until April 20, 2025. Ronald Caneva, Darren Deskin, Brian Smith, Sandy Vasko, and Andrea Zoelle have also been appointed, for terms lasting until April 20, 2028.

Nicholas Kotchou has been re-appointed to the Manhattan Fire Protection District, for a term lasting until May 5, 2025.

Larry Kochel has been re-appointed to the Monee Fire Protection District, for a term lasting until May 5, 2025.

John Flemming has been re-appointed to the Northwest Homer Fire Protection District, for a term lasting until May 5, 2025.

Craig DiMascio and William Felts have been re-appointed to the Steger Estates Fire Protection District, for terms lasting until May 5, 2025.

Elvis Madison and Andrew R. Partak, Jr. have been appointed to the Will County Historic Preservation Commission.

William Long and Patrick Nugent have been re-appointed to the Wilmington Fire Protection District, for terms lasting until May 5, 2025.

Jeffrey Carey and Allison Gunnink have been appointed to the Will County Board of Health, for terms lasting until May 1, 2025.
