Joseph E. Meyer & Associates serves as the Delinquent Tax Agent for Will County. Property taxes not purchased by tax buyers at the Annual County Tax Sale default to the tax agent each year. After the redemption period expires on delinquent tax properties, the tax agent obtains deeds on behalf of the County and sells the properties at public auction.
The Public Auction is currently scheduled as a SEALED BID AUCTION. All sealed bids will be submitted to the Will County Treasurer's Office by 4:00 p.m. on October 18, 2024. Catalogs will be available for purchase approximately one month prior to sale at our office or directly from the Will County Trustee.
