Public Comment Period – HOME-ARP Plan

Will County Community Development Division is seeking public comment on the substantial amendment for the HOME ARP Allocation Plan. The public hearing is February 2, 2023 and the public comment period is January 20, 2022, and end on February 6, 2022.  The Substantial Amendment includes the Allocation Plan for $4,581,154 in HOME-ARP funds and includes funding allocations for administration, affordable housing, non-congregate shelter units, and supportive services.

The Public hearing is in person on February 2, 2023 at 2:00 in the County Board Room during the CDBG/HOME Advisory Board meeting.

Written comments can be emailed to lugrants@willcountylandusec.com or mailed to the address below. Comments dropped off or submitted by mail must be postmarked no later than February 6, at 4:00 PM.
