Illinois Tollway Services Available at County Office Building on March 18

County Executive Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant is partnering with the Illinois Tollway to host a Community Connection Day at Will County Office Building on March 18

Representatives from the Illinois Tollway will be available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on March 18 with I-PASS ON DEMAND services, which includes picking up the new I-PASS Sticker Tag and applying for I-PASS Assist.

I-PASS Assist - Pay Invoices without fees and/or fines

  • Open an account with as little as $4 in prepaid tolls
  • Automatic account replenishments as low as $4
  • I-PASS Assist customers may be eligible to have invoice fees dismissed once enrolled

I-PASS STICKER TAG - Free tags available for every passenger vehicle

  • Once activated, the Sticker Tag is ready to use on the Illinois Tollway
  • No deposit required for I-PASS Sticker Tags obtained from the Illinois Tollway
  • The $10 transponder deposit transfers into current I-PASS customer’s account balance once the old transponder is deactivated
  • No batteries, so no need to swap out and more environmentally-friendly
  • Existing transponders will continue to work as designed
