Job SummaryExecution of basic level work regarding the responsibilities of the Mapping and Platting Department and all its functions in a fast-paced environment. Also serves as a resource to Assessment Specialist, Assessments Coordinators, and/or Deputy, in the performance of their job duties in accordance with administrative policies. Acts as first contact with the Mapping and Platting Department with exceptional customer service on the phone, in-person, and through digital communication.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Type at least 35 wpm. Valid Illinois Driver’s License and minimum insurance required by law. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of CAMA systems, CAD, and ARC/GIS. Familiar with Illinois Property Tax Code and the role of Assessments, Exemptions, GIS, and Mapping and Platting.
Salary Range$17.8782/hr. - $32.3277/hr.
