I am honored to serve as your Will County Executive. As a lifelong resident of this great county, I have witnessed many changes as we have evolved from an ag-community to a major hub in the global distribution market.  I am dedicated to building upon this status but I am equally dedicated to maintaining the quality of life for the nearly 700,000 residents and thousands of businesses and organizations that call Will County home.

Workforce Center of Will County To host Job Fair Nov. 14

The Workforce Center of Will County will host a job fair from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 14 at its location in Suite 100, 2400 Glenwood Avenue in Joliet.

Available positions include flex and security officers, certified medical assistant, snow pushers, forklift drivers, HVAC service and install techs, bus drivers, warehouse associates, customer service representative, general laborer, machine operator, and materials handler.

Job seekers should bring a current resume, dress professionally, and be ready for an interview. Will County Executive Larry Walsh encourages anyone looking for a job to attend this job fair.

“Our Workforce Center of Will County is the place to find a job,” he said. “This job fair is an excellent opportunity to meet with multiple employers and learn about employment opportunities. The center can also help to polish a resume and learn other skills to prepare for a new job. I advise any Will County resident who is looking for work to use these services.”
