I am honored to serve as your Will County Executive. As a lifelong resident of this great county, I have witnessed many changes as we have evolved from an ag-community to a major hub in the global distribution market.  I am dedicated to building upon this status but I am equally dedicated to maintaining the quality of life for the nearly 700,000 residents and thousands of businesses and organizations that call Will County home.

Workforce Center of Will County to host Job Fair on January 9

The Workforce Center of Will County will host a job fair from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Thurs. Jan. 9 at its location in Suite 100, 2400 Glenwood Avenue in Joliet.

“The Workforce Center of Will County is the place to go to find a job,” said Will County
Executive Larry Walsh. “There are a wide variety of jobs and training opportunities available to our residents through the Workforce Center.”

Positions available include production worker, flex and security officers, school bus drivers, CNC operators, forklift operators, HVAC service & install technicians, inventory control clerk maintenance mechanic, packaging helper, customer service representatives, dedicated tanker truck driver, warehouse associates, and many more. Job seekers are encouraged to bring a resume, dress professionally, and be ready for an interview.
