Job Title	Telecom Infrastructure Technician
Job Title Note	Will County Information Communication and Technology (ICT)
Job Summary	Install, design, maintain, analyze, document, troubleshoot, and repair telecommunication hardware and network infrastructure. Install new and maintain low voltage wiring, racks, audio/visual, camera, access control and alarm systems. Help monitor, guide, prioritize and implement telecommunication needs. Must be capable of high-level assessment of problems and capable of addressing those problems.
Minimum Qualifications	High school diploma or equivalent is required. Five years on the job experience in low voltage installation and maintenance. Avaya and Verkada experience preferred. Proven work experience as a network installation technician. Illinois Driver’s License and minimum liability insurance as required by law. Successfully pass a fingerprint-based background check prior to employment. Lift up to 50 pounds and pass a pre-employment lifting assessment.
