Each year, the Veterans Assistance Commission prepares an annual report for submission to the Governor of the State of Illinois. The report provides an overview of matters relating to the Commission that are considered to be of interest to the organization, Will County, and the people of Illinois.

In accordance with Illinois law, a copy of the annual report is also provided to the President or Chairperson of the Will County Board and made available to the public online. These reports help promote transparency and provide the community with an opportunity to review the Commission’s activities and ongoing commitment to serving Veterans and their families.

The Annual Governors Report serves as an important part of the Veterans Assistance Commission of Will County’s public accountability and records. Each report represents the Commission’s activities during the applicable reporting period and provides historical documentation of its work on behalf of Veterans throughout Will County.
