A wide variety of positions with numerous employers will be part of this evening event. “Many of our job fairs are held during the Center’s regular business hours,” said Susan Flessner, manager of the Workforce Center. “Hosting job fairs later in the day affords working job seekers the opportunity to come out and speak with businesses about a new job or potential career change.” Among the available positions are diesel mechanic, machine operators, forklift operators, bus operators, census takers, and home care aides. Participants are encouraged to bring a resume, dress professionally and be ready for an interview. “The Workforce Center of Will County is the best place to go for additional job training or to find a job,” said Larry Walsh, Will County Executive. “There are many high quality employers looking for qualified employees in Will County. Susan and her staff at the Workforce Center do an excellent job in making these connections.” For more information about the job fair or any of the other services available at the Workforce Center of Will County, call (815) 727-4444 or visit the website: www.will.works.
